ALGOZYM® The specific antioxidant and anti-inflammatory product of the Nutrigea line, is very effective also as an anti-proliferative, skin-regenerating and metabolic agent. It contains:
- AphaMax®, our patented extract from Klamath microalgae, which brings the concentration of AFA-phycocyanins to a particularly effective level (25-30%), maintaining and concentrating additional antioxidant and anti-inflammatory molecules present in the Klamath: as many as 15 carotenes, including canthaxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin; a high quantity of chlorophyll, micosporine-like amino acids (MAAs); polyphenols such as caffeic acid; and the AFA-phytochrome, a powerful molecule specific only to the Klamath microalga. AFA-Phycocyanins also have immunomodulating, cardio-protective, fibrinolytic properties, as well as the ability to stimulate somatic stem cells, particularly fibroblasts, repairers of the skin and internal membranes. AphaMax® is also very efficient as a support with cancer, also helping significantly against chemotherapy side effects.
- Curcumin, a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory molecule that is poorly assimilated. Studies showed that in synergy with AphaMax, Curcumin is not only much better assimilated, but is metabolized much better than when in synergy with other substances (piperine, phosphatidylcholine, etc.).
- Protexyl®, a concentrated source of proteolytic enzymes (proteases), which also have numerous anti-inflammatory, immuno-modulating, fibrinolytic, and somatic stem cells stimulating properties.
